  1. Would you recommend an attorney? I just got my first retirement check and I’m ready to start the process to get the pensionado visa . How can I contact you?

  2. Great information, thank you. It would be helpful if you added cues to your video or use a whiteboard or something to show a list. This is a lot of detail (awesome!) and visual cues can enhance retention. Also, if you show a list with timeline reminders and hints, we can take a screenshot and print it out and it’s ready to check off. Thank you! Keep up the videos. I’m interested in knowing more about any healthcare that is a benefit for the pensioner visa.

  3. Thank you for the information. I have a family of four, a wife and two children. How would I obtain residence for all four of us?

  4. This was a GREAT video! It really cleared up confusion on the different ways to become a resident. However, I would love if you could do a video on how to purchase a home in Costa Rica. Again, thanks so much for this wonderful info!!!!

  5. but what about already being married to a tica for over 10 years and she has dual citizenship now..what would i need to do when we move back to c.r. to get my residency ??

  6. I am living in Italy, and i like to go in Costa Rica, but I don’t know how to get information all about this, if you can help me?

  7. Thanks for the thoughtful and informative video! for the investor route, is there some sort of a recency requirement on making the investment? If you bought a house 5 years ago valued at more than $200,000, is that enough or does it have to have been done in the past 6 months or something?
