  1. Thank you for sharing. I am seriously considering moving in Costa Rica. I went there four times and many places in the world, but it is my number one place on the planet. I will look into your channel. I’ll maybe see you some day.🥰🙏

  2. I just watched this video I also live in Calgary Alberta and would love to make the move to somewhere tropical. I was just wondering if you don’t mind me asking how much money do you think is reasonable to make this happen and do I have to buy a house or can I just rent?

  3. I’m from Costa Rica and I’m thinking to emigrate to Canada at least for a couple of years, but when I see this kind of videos I feel lucky to live here, I can go to the beach, mountains, national parks and other beautiful places in just hours

  4. I know. You are right. I interrupted too much. I’m working on it. my apologies. I am trying to do better. Thanx for calling me out.

  5. I havent finish the interview, I am living in Toronto right now, and we have plans to move there. How hard it is to get the permanent residence? I am Cuban, we scaped Fidel dictatorship, and as I can see, Trudeau wants to take that path.

  6. I thought people couldn’t be employees for three years? Or are they taking over the business? I know you can have your own business right away/make your own money but not be an employee..? Or am I wrong

  7. They can donate their warm clothes to any institution or hospital. Also, their few places that are usually cooler: el cerro de la muerte, it’s old road to San Isidro del General or San Jose de la Montaña in Heredia. Volcán Poas it’s cooler too

  8. Hey I’m from Toronto Canada I left in October 20 2021. Just before Trudeau closed the flying doors. So glad I did. would love to connect to a fellow Canadians.

  9. This was a great video. So informative. We are Canadians as well and about to retire. We love Costa Rica…we were just there for a month. My husband is ready to go but I am still on the fence…usual worries, kids, elderly parents etc. Anyway, can’t wait for the next video of Talking to Canadians…lol. Would love to connect with you and them as I have so many questions.

  10. This Canadian can’t wait to move to Costa Rica and leave communist Canada. 3 to 5 years and I’m out of the rat race, selling everything and moving to either Costa Rica or somewhere in the Caribbean. Life in Canada sucks and this country has everything I’m looking for including freedom beaches the ocean, friendly people affordable living… Can’t wait! So much respect for this intelligent couple. Many people talk about it and never do it. Here you are living my dream💯

  11. Like could i make it and find a place to rent and a job before i run out of the money i took with me…im taking about 5 to 6 thousand canadian.

  12. First I must state that I am NOT a fan of the current Canadian prime minister. Now with that said, I was shocked that you would be repeating the extreme right wing talking point that labels the young Trudeau a dictator. Wow, and this from a gay guy!! Clearly you either do not understand what a dictator is or are very unfamiliar with Canadian politics because I find it hard to believe that you are part of the extreme right wing.

  13. Just caught the video. Ricky and Lisa, welcome to Playa Hermosa! We own a home there and will be moving there fairly soon. Can’t wait to meet you both! Pura Vida.

  14. I need help getting my daughters and I out there from Portland OR. I have saved money but I don’t know if its enough or if its for people who have 3 years of money saved?

  15. How can I get in touch with them? I am from Calgary too and I’ve looking for info about Costa Rica for a while. I would appreciate an email or something. By the way, it’s -37 Celsius (almost -40 F) today…

  16. I’ve been looking at going to Costa Rica for 3 months from June-August of 2023, and have just been checking airbnb. The prices are about 1500 a month. I was shocked to hear that they’re only paying 400 a month. Any advice on websites to check for rentals?

  17. interviewer alluded to that Trudeau PM of Canada is a dictator – This is idiocy at its finest – if thats the kind of moron that is there would be a complete turnoff —

  18. SERIOUSLY!!!! I’m that Calgary girl who is gonna do this ! Gonna make it happen ! Thanks guys for hitting it home for me enjoy yr choices you made yr not missing anything in Calgary trust me 😊

  19. Hey friends. I need your help. Im Canadian, and my wife, my baby boy (13months) cant do the "rat race" anymore. Im tired and dont want to do this anymore.
