  1. Do they build any accessibility options in these homes? Just wondering for the community that would need those services.

  2. This wreaks of an advertorial. You’ve ignored your audience for years and have now returned to make up for the fortune you pissed away on a party bus. I used to love your content, your mission and your values but this doesn’t sit right with me.

  3. Hey Louis, my sister moved to Costa Rica a couple years ago from the UK. She absolutely loves it! I’m sure you guys will too!! What a beautiful country. If you ever want to go horse riding along the beach I’m sure she’d love to have you!

  4. sick spot Louis, thx for being a huge inspiration for me growing up, you’re the reason I started traveling that led me to ecovillage life, now look at us, growing food & stewarding earth <3

  5. Congrats Louis! Im very curious about who is slated to do all of the extensive agricultural work? Is it the responsibility of land/home owners or is there a team of agriculturalists on site?

  6. Looks like there are also papaya trees in the communal garden. Yummy with lime squeezed on. High in Vit, C and very refreshing. Most delicious smoothies.

  7. used to follow you but this is upsetting. i am from Costa Rica and gentrification is a huge problem we have. many people can’t afford a house or build one. the cost of living is pretty expensive.

  8. The footage from that camera is insane! 🤯 I didn’t even know 360 cameras existed, I must be really behind the curve. Costa Rica looks so beautiful! Wishing you the best in the building process

  9. It’s really nice to see the safety culture is on point on the construction sites and at the place where you bought the wood. Everybody’s wearing high vis vests and hard hats. Nice, that’s not even common in Europe.

  10. Keep the diesel vehicle, Electric vehicles are so much worse for the environment due to how the batteries are mined and disposed of. Also most of the carbon diesel vehicles let off fall back to the ground and are absorbed by soil. Soil loves carbon even from diesel vehicles, despite what the main stream narrative says.

  11. Start saving money Louis, this journey will need a lots of it if you want to bring all your friends and family. Where are gonna stay, in the bus? Your folks sleeping in the bus…comn’ man. 😀

  12. Should put gardens on the roof of your new house (though not sure how you’d deal with the excess water you get there.

  13. i can’t wait to see all the upgrades and progression over the years 😀 so fun! what a nice thing for your kids to be able to see when they’re older too! the 360 shot of the dome was the sickest.

  14. What ever you do do not build a tropical style .house. You need to build a storm proof house. I am telling you this as you live in the tropics and they have a storm season I would think. A storm proof house will get recked in the storm season if it’s a tropical house. I now this as I live on a tropical island in the Philippines. I bought land and am halfway through building our house. Well builders are building it. We lived through a level 5 typhoon just b4 Christmas last year. We saw many tropical houses distorted after the storm. So we building a storm proof house. Yes we paying a bit more money to build the house but as least it won’t need to much work doing to it over the years ahead. But you must go with what you think is right for you. Just saying.

  15. That camera makes everything look round, very disorienting 😵‍💫But your land looks beautiful, you’re going to have a wonderful life there.
