moduBiLD: Showcasing volumetric modular construction. hi Monte Hotel, Montecasino, South Africa
In early 2019 moduBiLD commenced construction on the first-of-its-kind hotel of the newly formed hi Hotel brand. The unique 138 unit modular construction hotel was commissioned by Nsika Architects for their client Tsogo Sun Hotels to be built at the Montecasino precinct. The project took just 10 months to complete with the team completing a staggering 10 rooms per week during the 2019 construction process.
