  1. Sweet Tico šŸ  but you know I need a garden! No gourmet cooking going on there – but that’s why you have friends šŸ˜‰

  2. illegal jaguar skin…someone killed or poached…..cute house…also why do tico’s not ever build a real garage…always baffles me

  3. EXACT the house I would buy right NOW…thinking about downsizing, when moving to CR. I live in a huge house here in Germany with gardens and stuff…way too bigšŸ˜…šŸ‘

  4. I love this, it’s a very cute and cozy Casa Simple is perfect. Plus a yard and can put a garden in also. I don’t like the dead animals in there though. I like the room in the yard too for pets.

  5. My wife and I are planning to retire there in about 7 years. Live a simple life. Laying the groundwork for that now. This is just the kind of thing we will be looking for. Thank you for doing what others aren’t!

  6. Gives me hope! Also like pointing out the small yard. Someone i know bought a property though the lot next door was included. Not

  7. Thanks Mike, it’s deals like this that make me think about buying in the long run. Versus being a renter. I forward this to some friends.
