3. I’m from Costa Rica and the best thing I can tell is don’t go to the to San Jose, it is the worst province for tourists, it’s better to go to the beaches or national parks. I recommend going to Rio Celeste it is really cool

    we have been in San José last month and we really enjoyed La Feria Verde (the coffee, food and all the other stuff)
    And definitely I got the best cocktail I ever had in my life in MIL948 (rum-chocolate-orange)

27. The best thing to do is just to get away from San José. Trash everywhere, robbery, ugly buildings, nicas selling garbage on the streets. Awful place.

42. I am from Costa Rica and I hate San José, but of course it has some nice places but if you are a tourist I recommend you to avoid San José as much as you can and go the amazing beaches, mountains and National parks that we have, that is the real Costa Rica. San José is a ugly failed city…
